Bat sounds for kids
SaysEek eek
What sound does a bat make?
A bat squeaks and clicks. Many bats find their way in the dark by making very high clicks and listening for the echo that bounces back, which is called echolocation. Most of those clicks are too high for people to hear, but the squeaks bats use to talk to each other we can sometimes hear.
Try it together
Shut your eyes, clap once and listen to the sound bounce off the walls, just like a bat.
One animal, drawn three ways
Every card in Kidster comes in three styles. Some children love the cartoon, others recognise the real animal sooner. A parent picks the style in the Parent Zone, and the sound stays the same.
