Colors in Japanese
By Dmytro Syrykh, the parent who makes Kidster
Spoken by a native Japanese voice, the same recording a child hears in the Kidster app.
All of these are free in Kidster.
Good to know
Japanese has two kinds of color words. 赤 (aka), 青 (ao), 白 (shiro) and 黒 (kuro) are old native words; ピンク, グレー and ゴールド are borrowed from English. 青 (ao) traditionally covered green too, which is why a green traffic light is still called 青.
